Peter Hsu's Memorial To Those Lost On The Sigsbee

Mr. Peter Hsu  presented the drawing below to the Sigsbee group during "Commissioning Week" for the USS Chung-Hoon in Hawaii.  His drawing  pays tribute to the twenty-three sailors that lost their lives on April 14th 1945.
